Business in the Community, one of HRH The Prince of Wales' charities, commissioned Bungalow to design two publications for their latest initiative in CSR: Work Inclusion - best business practices that support those furthest from the labour market to build successful working lives.
Previously having designed large technical publications for HRH's International Business Leaders' Forum, BITC were confident in giving us creative license to produce their 80-page Toolkit and its 8-page Executive Summary on-brand, on budget, and on time.

Designed to present and clearly communicate the business case, social case, steps involved plus case studies from leading proponents including Marks & Spencer and Royal Mail, the resultant Toolkit is a unique and keystone publication. It's a practical guide to developing a Work Inclusion initiative as a strategic part of talent management, recruitment, staff retention or corporate responsibility.
BITC are thrilled with the result, valuing our approach, interpretation and attention to detail in creating a user-friendly and easily navigable publication - and we're delighted to have been able to assist in this landmark campaign.
Whilst registration is required to access the online Toolkit itself, the Executive Summary is available to download from BITC's website here.
